Job summary

Everest Civil is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our team in Regional QLD. This full-time role focuses on delivering civil infrastructure projects with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will operate graders on regional road regrading and flood recovery works, coordinating with the site team to maintain schedules and standards. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience, a keen eye for detail, and a proven commitment to safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Grader Operator in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of mixing gravels, formation and re sheeting operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight tolerances
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety and a proven track record of safe work practices
