TRP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our civil construction team in Melbourne's North/Western Suburbs. You will operate graders to level and shape surfaces to project specifications and maintain high safety standards.

Immediate starts available with ongoing, consistent work. Applicants should have a Grader Operator Ticket, White Card, valid driver's license, and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a grader operator in civil construction or earthworks.
• RIIMPO324F Grader Operator Ticket (LG) and White Card required.
• Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate graders and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Level and grade surfaces according to specifications and project plans.
• Conduct routine maintenance and pre-start inspections on equipment.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures.
