Job summary

Forgate Contracting is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our civil construction team. The role begins on a current project in Hervey Bay, with subsequent sites on the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Toowoomba.

You will operate a CAT 150 grader across varied civil projects, handle final trim/roadworks, and use GPS/UTS technology to achieve precise results. The position requires flexibility to travel between sites and to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Proven experience operating graders on civil construction projects.
Final trim and roadworks experience.
GPS/UTS experience.
Current construction White Card.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, safety-focused and committed to quality work.
Willingness to work away and travel between projects.

Responsibilities
