Bajara Plant Hire is looking for experienced Earthmoving Plant Operators to work on multiple large-scale projects across Brisbane, Greater Brisbane, Gladstone and remote central QLD/NSW including DIDO/FIFO roles. You will operate excavators, graders, dozers, loaders and water carts while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an earthmoving plant operator, with at least 2 years in civil construction
• Formal qualifications (RII Ticket) in operating relevant earthmoving equipment, such as an RII Excavator ticket
• Understanding of construction site safety procedures and a commitment to workplace health and safety
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with others on site
• Reliability and a can-do attitude to get the job done
• Current Construction White Card and valid Australian driver's licence
• Must have permanent Australian work rights or appropriate visa to work in Queensland
• Immediate start

About the role

We are seeking experienced Earthmoving Plant Operators to join our team at Bajara Plant Hire Pty Ltd to work on multiple large-scale projects throughout Brisbane, Greater Brisbane, Gladstone and remote central QLD/NSW including DIDO/FIFO roles.

We are seeking operators with the following skills:

• Dozer GPS (Bulk Earthworks), clearing exp
• Grader GPS (Final Trim), clearing exp
• Excavator GPS (Bulk Earthworks and Final Trim)
• Loaders
• Rigid Water carts
• Articulated Water Cart
• Articulated Dump Truck

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

Operators with experience with excavators, graders, dozers, articulated dump trucks, articulated water trucks and loaders. GPS experience will be highly regarded. Non-GPS operators are encouraged to apply
