Overview

Paterson Retirement Planning is a financial planning firm based in Melbourne, Victoria, specialising in retirement planning, superannuation, aged care, and Centrelink advice. We are passionate about removing financial complexity so our clients can focus on what matters most. While we provide retirement advice to all Australians, we have a deep understanding of the unique financial challenges and opportunities faced by those in the education and broader public sectors. Our team is known for delivering objective, strategic, and client-first advice. We are currently seeking a Financial Adviser to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for an existing client book and contribute meaningfully to our mission. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, office-based role located at our Melbourne CBD office. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.

• Experience with defined benefit schemes within Victoria will be highly regarded.
• Ethical, client-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Xplan experience is highly regarded but not essential.
