Job summary

RaptorTech is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and support high-tech GPS machine control systems on excavators and construction equipment across NSW. This hands-on role is based in Sydney with occasional travel to client sites and is ideal for Auto Electricians, Diesel Mechanics or technicians with GPS experience.

You will install, calibrate, diagnose and repair systems, train customers, and provide pre- and post-installation reporting while working closely with civil contractors

Responsibilities

• Installation of machine control systems on excavators and heavy equipment.
• System setup, calibration and commissioning on construction sites.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Maintenance and repair of installed systems.
• Customer training and support.
• Pre and post installation reporting.
• Working closely with customers to ensure successful system operation.
