Job summary

Talent International is seeking an experienced Technical Transition Lead to drive end-to-end data and system migration for a Machinery of Government ICT project in Brisbane CBD on a contract basis until June 2027. The role requires leadership as a Lead Technical BA/PO, close collaboration with business SMEs, and hands-on data mapping and transfer processes.

Strong experience in cross-agency delivery, change management, and agile tooling (JIRA, Azure DevOps) is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Lead Technical BA or Product Owner role in cross-agency data transition projects.
• Collaborate with SMEs, technical resources and end users to roadmap data migration and change impacts.
• Plan, document and execute digital record transfer activities for program delivery.
• Translate complex systems and data transition requirements into concise review packs for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration of ICT systems and digital records between agencies.
• Decommission legacy infrastructure as part of the transition.
• Develop artefacts and secure sign-off from project SMEs and business owners.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-agency stakeholder engagement and workshops.
