Job summary

Randstad is currently recruiting Customer Service Officers for well-known Government Departments in Adelaide. These roles suit people-oriented professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and contribute to essential public services.

Assignments of up to 3 months are available with potential extension. Work days are Monday to Friday, with full-time hours between 8am and 5.30pm. The hourly rate is AUD 37–40 plus super.

Qualifications

• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in handling high-volume inquiries.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to learn new technologies and problem solve quickly.
• Must hold a current National Police Clearance (NPC); WWCC is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level advisory and issue resolution for diverse customers.
• Interpret complex customer information and guidance.
• Perform high-level administrative tasks and generate documentation.
• Maintain records management and regular updates.
• Manage high-volume inquiries face-to-face and over the phone.
