Job summary

Allianz is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager in Sydney within the Customer & Operations division. The role focuses on governance, risk and regulatory compliance to support business activities in line with risk appetite.

You will report to senior stakeholders, monitor risk indicators and breaches, and contribute to the Allianz Risk Management Framework with a strong emphasis on collaboration across the Second Line of Defence and business units.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in risk, compliance, governance, audit, finance or related discipline.
• Experience in risk management and compliance.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on design, implementation and monitoring of division-specific risk and compliance frameworks.
• Monitor and report on key risk indicators, breaches, incidents and issues.
• Support development of processes to manage risk per the Allianz Risk Management Framework.
• Liaise with Second Line of Defence on divisional risk matters.
