Qualifications

• Experience in governance practices and principles.
• Proven ability to prepare complex correspondence, papers, briefings, minutes and reports with accuracy.
• Competent in Word-processing, Excel, Teams and Zoom, and retrieving information from websites, spreadsheets and databases.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Counsel & University Secretary to ensure effective operation of Council, Academic Senate and sub-committees.
• Assist Senior Policy and Projects Officer to operate the University’s policy framework.
• Maintain records, registers and compliance information relating to external entities.
