Job summary

Tabcorp Holdings Limited is seeking a Governance Manager - Data, AI & Privacy to strengthen enterprise governance across data, AI and privacy. You will partner with senior leaders to build maturity, accountability and effective governance across technology and business teams.

You’ll lead governance forums, drive risk oversight and report on trends, ensuring responsible data and AI practices are embedded across the organisation. This is a strategic, high-visibility role within Tabcorp.

Your role, your impact

Reporting to the Head of Technology – Cyber and Digital Risk, you’ll lead governance outcomes across data, artificial intelligence and privacy domains, driving enterprise accountability, oversight and continuous improvement.

• Lead enterprise governance operating models and maturity initiatives
• Establish accountability with business leaders and governance owners
• Chair governance forums and drive quality decision making
• Provide executive reporting on risks, trends and performance
• Partner across technology, risk, privacy and business teams
• Champion responsible data and artificial intelligence practices

What you'll need to succeed

You may bring strengths from data, artificial intelligence, privacy or a combination of these areas. Most importantly, you can influence stakeholders, translate governance into practical outcomes and build maturity across complex environments.
