Job summary

Tabcorp Holdings Limited is seeking a Senior Assurance & Compliance Analyst to strengthen cyber, technology and information security risk, partnering across risk, technology and cyber security to improve assurance practices and governance.

You will conduct risk assessments, evaluate controls, and prepare governance reporting, while guiding compliance and policy alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security assurance or technology risk environments.
• Strong capability in control testing and risk assessment activities.
• Ability to interpret regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to communicate insights to varied stakeholders.
• Experience working across technology and business functions.
• Knowledge of governance, risk and compliance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security risk assessments across systems and technology changes.
• Evaluate control effectiveness and identify risk improvement opportunities.
• Assess supplier cyber security risks and assurance obligations.
• Prepare risk insights, dashboards and governance reporting.
• Provide guidance on compliance, controls and policy alignment.
• Support continuous improvement across assurance and risk processes.

Reporting to the Digital Risk Manager, you will partner with stakeholders across risk,technologyand cyber security to strengthen assurance and compliance practices. Your work will improve visibility of technology risk, support strongercontrolsand contribute to a more resilient operating environment.
