Job summary

Tabcorp is seeking a Data, AI & Privacy Governance Lead to shape how governance is embedded in decision-making, enabling confident, accountable and sustainable innovation across the business.

Reporting to the Governance Manager – Data, AI & Privacy, you will deliver governance across data, AI and privacy domains, ensuring requirements are understood and continuously improved through collaboration with business and tech stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting governance, compliance or risk frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data, AI and privacy lifecycles.
• Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience tracking risks, issues and remediation activities.
• Ability to improve processes and drive consistent practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance activities across data, artificial intelligence and privacy.
• Maintain registers, actions, risks and governance records.

As our Data, AI & Privacy Governance Lead, you'll sit at the centre of a rapidly evolving landscape where trusted data use, responsible artificial intelligence and privacy expectations continue to grow. Working across enterprise initiatives, you'll influence how governance is embedded into decision-making, helping create confidence, accountability and sustainable innovation across the business.

Your role

Reporting to the Governance Manager – Data, AI & Privacy, you'll support the practical delivery of governance across data, artificial intelligence and privacy domains. You'll work with business and technology stakeholders to ensure governance requirements are understood, applied and continuously improved.
