Job summary

Tabcorp Holdings Limited is seeking a Governance Manager - Data, AI & Privacy to strengthen enterprise governance across data, AI and privacy. You will partner with senior leaders to build maturity, accountability and effective governance across technology and business teams.

You’ll lead governance forums, drive risk oversight and report on trends, ensuring responsible data and AI practices are embedded across the organisation. This is a strategic, high-visibility role within Tabcorp.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk or information management disciplines.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and leaders.
• Proven capability in developing governance frameworks and accountability.
• Skilled at translating complex requirements into practical actions.
• Strong communication, facilitation and executive reporting abilities.
• Experience driving organisational change and uplift initiatives.
