As Governance Manager - Data, AI & Privacy, you’ll help strengthen enterprise accountability and governance maturity across a rapidly changing technology and regulatory landscape. Working across business and technology teams, you’ll influence how information, emerging technology and privacy obligations are governed at scale. This is an opportunity to build lasting enterprise impact while partnering with senior leaders across Tabcorp.

Your role, your impact

Reporting to the Head of Technology – Cyber and Digital Risk, you’ll lead governance outcomes across data, artificial intelligence and privacy domains, driving enterprise accountability, oversight and continuous improvement.

• Lead enterprise governance operating models and maturity initiatives
• Establish accountability with business leaders and governance owners
• Chair governance forums and drive quality decision making
• Provide executive reporting on risks, trends and performance
• Partner across technology, risk, privacy and business teams
• Champion responsible data and artificial intelligence practices

What you’ll need to succeed

You may bring strengths from data, artificial intelligence, privacy or a combination of these areas. Most importantly, you can influence stakeholders, translate governance into practical outcomes and build maturity across complex environments.

• Experienced in governance, risk or information management disciplines
• Proven ability influencing senior stakeholders and leaders
• Strong capability developing governance frameworks and accountability
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical actions
• Excellent communication, facilitation and executive reporting skills
• Experience driving organisational change and uplift initiatives
