Job summary

RGP in Canberra is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support a strategic Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Resilience review. The role focuses on governance, documentation and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely delivery across the engagement.

You will work closely with the Lead Consultant and Business Analyst, manage meeting processes, maintain project registers and reports, and ensure quality outputs meet agreed standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Project Support Officer or similar.
• Strong governance reporting experience.
• Excellent document management and version-control skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance capability.
• Experience coordinating meetings, workshops and senior stakeholder engagements.
• Strong MS Office skills: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Consulting, professional services or government environment experience desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination and governance support across the engagement.
• Maintain project documentation, registers, actions and trackers.
• Support meeting coordination, agendas, minutes and action tracking.
• Manage document formatting, version control and QA.
• Coordinate workshops, stakeholder meetings and project logistics.
• Assist with status and governance reports and presentations.
• Support quality checks of deliverables and documentation.
• Ensure outputs are formatted, complete and on schedule.
• Work with Lead Consultant and Business Analyst to support delivery.
