Job summary

Compas PTY in Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Hobart and Coffs Harbour seeks a Business Analyst / Project Support Officer to assist requirements analysis, business process activities and project governance within a complex ICT delivery environment.

You will contribute to planning, reporting, assurance and stakeholder coordination through to June 2027, with flexible full-time arrangements negotiated with the Director.

Qualifications

• Experience with requirements tracking and validation.
• Experience supporting governance forums and reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Desirable: experience in Agile, PRINCE2 or P3, digital health or government ICT environments.

Responsibilities

• Undertake requirements analysis and maintain comprehensive requirements tracking.
• Support business process analysis, impact assessments, testing and business validation.
• Develop project plans, schedules, governance artefacts and project documentation.
• Prepare reporting and executive briefs, coordinate governance forums and maintain project registers.
