Job summary

Australian Payments Plus in Sydney, NSW, seeks a resilient leader to drive business continuity and operational resilience. The role leads the BCM framework, coordinates BIA workstreams, and develops testing programs, while partnering with risk, technology and business teams to embed resilience across planning and decision-making.

You will design exercises, capture lessons, and deliver executive reporting to strengthen preparedness and response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in resilience, business continuity or operational risk.
• Ability to turn complex risks into practical plans and actions.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301 and resilience platforms is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of AP+’s BCM Framework.
• Coordinate the Business Impact Analysis lifecycle and critical dependency assessments.
• Develop and deliver the BCM testing and exercise program.
• Capture lessons and drive remediation; provide resilience governance and reporting.
• Strengthen integration with Incident Management, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management.
