Experience in project governance within a complex infrastructure, government or major project environment.
Ability to prepare high-quality briefing notes, governance papers and executive correspondence.
Knowledge of governance frameworks, assurance processes and risk management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage project governance forums, including agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking.
Provide governance advice, briefing notes and governance papers for senior decision-makers.
Lead planning of project assurance activities, including gateway reviews and assurance monitoring.
Monitor governance actions, risks and approvals and escalate as needed through governance pathways.
Maintain governance frameworks, registers, templates and records for compliance and transparency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with project teams, contractors and agencies, translating technical information into concise advice.
