Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) seeks a Manager Governance and Behavioural Risk to strengthen governance practices across APRA-regulated entities. You will lead a team of specialists, provide expert advice and drive prudential reviews to improve risk outcomes.

The role involves engaging with senior leaders across the financial services industry, building a high-performing, inclusive team, and coaching staff in governance, culture, remuneration and accountability.

Formación

• Knowledge of governance, culture, remuneration and accountability practices in financial services.
• Experience leading people and building capability in teams.
• Experience leading reviews, interviews and workshops with senior leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational, self- and priority-management skills with ability to coordinate cross-divisional processes.
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Experience in consultancy, financial services, risk management or regulation is desirable.
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI governance.
