Job summary

RACV Torquay is seeking enthusiastic Golf Shop Assistants to support the day-to-day operation of the Golf Shop at the Torquay Resort. You’ll be the friendly face of our leisure team, helping members, guests and visitors enjoy their golfing experience while maintaining high standards of presentation and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a golf course environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests and visitors.
• Administer golf course access, process payments and manage POS transactions.
• Maintain Golf Shop presentation and stock knowledge.
• Support golf events and coordinate with resort teams.
• Manage hire/return of equipment with accuracy and care.
• Stay up to date with golf rules, handicapping and RACV service standards.
• Assist with food and beverage service when required.
• Contribute to a safe and positive team culture.
