Job summary

Peninsula Leisure in Melbourne area seeks a Full-Time Golf Operations Assistant to help run daily operations at Centenary Park Golf Course. You will support front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, including reception, café service, bookings, and basic coaching program support.

Qualifications

• Current CPR.
• Current First Aid.
• Current Police Records Check.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• RSA accreditation and experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service at reception and in the café.
• Process point-of-sale transactions and manage bookings in person, by phone, and online.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues as required.
• Provide basic advice on golf equipment and apparel and assist with hire equipment management.
• Oversee driving range operations to ensure a positive experience for all users.
• Prepare and serve basic food and beverage items and maintain a clean café area.
• Support course operations including stock handling, marshalling, and event setup.
• Collaborate with PGA professionals and casual staff to support coaching programs.
