The incumbent will lead golf operations, customer service, and facility management, reporting to the Team Leader - Recreation Services. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Leading all aspects of golf course operations, customer experience, pro shop services and facility management.
• Driving financial performance through budget management, business planning, revenue growth and performance reporting.
• Building a high-performing, customer-focused team culture through leadership and workforce development.
• Growing participation, events, memberships and community engagement opportunities.
• Developing relationships with members, user groups, local businesses and community stakeholders.
