Job summary

Qualifications

• Confidently engages with diverse audiences and understands how to effectively promote events, programs and membership offerings through both face-to-face interactions and digital channels.
• Demonstrates a genuine interest in golf and community recreation, with an understanding of how golf facilities create social, health and wellbeing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead membership sales, onboarding, renewals and retention initiatives to grow participation and deliver an exceptional member experience.
• Coordinate a diverse range of golf competitions, clinics, community programs, social events and corporate bookings that enhance participation and customer satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with members, sponsors, community groups and stakeholders while implementing marketing initiatives to increase awareness and utilisation of the facility.
• Monitor membership and participation trends, analyse customer feedback, and implement initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth and positive customer outcomes.
