Job summary

Westgold Resources Limited is seeking a Gold Room Operator for our Bluebird Mill near Meekatharra, WA. The role supports safe and efficient gold recovery with duties in elution and processing across Crushing, Milling, CIL, and Elution circuits.

Roster is 14 days on, 14 days off with flexible options including FIFO, DIDO, and residential placements from Meekatharra & Cue. Applicants must hold a WA Manual C Class Licence and have 2 years’ Gold Room experience; multiple tickets and MS Office

Qualifications

• Current WA Manual C Class Driver's Licence.
• Minimum 2 years' Gold Room experience, including operation of an Acacia Reactor (essential).
• Certificate II in Mineral Processing (desirable).
• Experience with SCADA/Citect process control systems (desirable).
• Forklift Licence.
• Confined Space Ticket (desirable).
• Gas Testing Ticket (desirable).
• Working at Heights Ticket (desirable).
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Join the Bluebird Mill as a Gold Room Operator and support safe, efficient gold recovery.
• Ensure elution and gold recovery activities are completed in a timely manner.
• Operate equipment across Crushing, Milling, CIL and Elution circuits.
• Monitor and report any security issues in and around the Gold Room.
• Operate forklifts, EWPs and skid-steers safely and correctly.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and conduct routine Gold Room inspections.
• Maintain efficient and productive Gold Room processes.
