Westgold Resources in Western Australia is seeking a Gold Room Operator to join the Bluebird Mill team and contribute to the safe, efficient recovery of gold.

You will operate across Crushing, Milling, CIL and Elution, monitor security in the Gold Room and use forklifts and SCADA systems.

This full-time role offers a 14 on/14 off roster, flexible options including FIFO/DIDO, camp facilities, and a broad range of benefits and development opportunities.

Formación

• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
• Minimum 2 years' Gold Room experience including operation of an Acacia Reactor.
• Desirable Certificate II in Mineral Processing.
• Desirable SCADA/Citect process control experience.
• Forklift Licence and related tickets.

Responsabilidades

• Join the Bluebird Mill as a Gold Room Operator and support safe gold recovery.
• Ensure elution and gold recovery activities are completed in a timely manner.
• Operate equipment across Crushing, Milling, CIL and Elution circuits.
• Monitor and report any security issues in and around the Gold Room.
• Operate forklifts, EWPs and skid-steers safely and correctly.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and conduct routine Gold Room inspections.
• Maintain efficient and productive Gold Room processes.

Full-time, permanent position based at our Bluebird Processing Plant near Meekatharra. Remuneration includes base salary + site allowance + wellbeing allowance + up to 15% STI bonus + Superannuation. Based at our Bluebird site on a family friendly roster to suit your lifestyle – 14 days on, 14 days off. Flexible employment options including FIFO, DIDO, and residential opportunities from Meekatharra & Cue – choose what works best for you! THE ROLE

WHAT DO I NEED

• Current WA Manual C Class Driver's Licence
• Minimum 2 years' Gold Room experience, including operation of an Acacia Reactor (essential)
• Certificate II in Mineral Processing (desirable)
• Experience with SCADA/Citect process control systems (desirable)
• Forklift Licence
• Confined Space Ticket (desirable)
• Gas Testing Ticket (desirable)
• Working at Heights Ticket (desirable)
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
