Alloggio is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our Gold Coast holiday rental portfolio. You will own new business growth through prospecting, networking, referrals and inbound inquiries, turning conversations into signed management agreements.

Ideal candidates have a proven sales background in property or related sectors, strong networking skills and the ability to build productive referral partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales track record in new business and closing agreements.
• Current Queensland real estate salesperson registration or licence.
• Strong networking and referral‑partnership skills.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Aufgaben

• Find and secure new holiday rental properties from first conversation to signed agreement.
• Build referral relationships with agents, marketers, developers, building managers and strata contacts.
• Identify developments and connect with decision-makers.
• Meet owners, understand investment goals, present compelling case for Alloggio.
• Prepare and present rental appraisals with revenue data.
• Negotiate management agreements and maintain follow-up.
• Keep CRM and pipeline current with next steps and forecasts.
