Job summary

Coastal Letting Co on the Gold Coast is seeking an Area General Manager to anchor growth across South East Queensland. You will lead the Queensland operations, set standards, drive commercial performance, and develop senior leaders across multiple sites.

You'll report to the COO, shape strategy with CLG, and build a high-performing culture while expanding the portfolio of short-term rental properties. This is a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership across multiple sites or brands in hospitality or property management.
• Strong understanding of P&L, revenue performance and portfolio health.
• Proven ability to develop General Managers and brand leads for long-term capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Coastal Letting Co's Queensland operations, setting standards and driving commercial performance across the portfolio.
• Develop General Managers and property managers with a focus on team culture and capability.
• Own owner relationships at a senior level including acquisitions, retention and escalations.
• Oversee P&L performance, revenue management and portfolio growth across Queensland.
• Ensure high guest experience standards and consistent delivery across all properties.
• Collaborate with COO to align Queensland strategy with the Coastal Letting Group direction.
• Support CLG expansion as new markets emerge in South East Queensland.
