Event Cinemas Castle Hill is seeking a Gold Class Kitchen Manager to lead the Gold Class kitchen and deliver hot, high-quality meals that enhance every guest's movie-going experience.

This hands-on leadership role oversees day-to-day kitchen operations, food safety, stock control and team development to ensure every dish leaving the pass meets company standards. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced service environment and drive improvements in quality, cost control and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Experience with inventory and stock control processes.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the Gold Class kitchen.
• Ensure meals are prepared, presented and served to standards.
• Maintain recipe compliance and product consistency across items.
• Support high-quality service during busy periods.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and guest readiness at all times.
• Champion food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Lead, coach and develop kitchen team members.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Manage stock ordering, deliveries and stocktakes.
• Monitor wastage and control costs to improve performance.
• Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining quality.
