Job summary

Salt is seeking a proactive System Administrator to support the go-live and operational transition of a bespoke enterprise-wide equipment management platform. You will help ensure operational readiness and embed the platform across the university.

The role requires experience with go-live activities, supporting users, and liaising with vendors to maintain ongoing enterprise system performance.

Qualifications

Experience as System/ Application Administrator or Support Analyst.
Experience with go-live activities and supporting users.
Experience supporting enterprise applications through implementation or transformation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.
Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Monitor, triage and resolve system issues, escalating to vendors and technical teams where required.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking and issue resolution activities.
Assist with system configuration, user access management and administration activities.
Liaise with vendor for support.
Focus on BAU operations.
