Job summary

Vetlab in Western Sydney is seeking reliable night shift operators to manufacture and blend animal health products in a regulated GMP environment. You will follow detailed manufacturing instructions and maintain accurate batch records.

This hands-on role requires physical fitness to lift materials, strict adherence to procedures, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. On-the-job training and genuine career progression are offered in a growing business.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt in GMP environment.
• Reliable and punctual; the team depends on you.
• Able to follow procedures exactly in regulated settings.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy containers.
• Experience in manufacturing or batching is an advantage, not required.
• Start on a casual basis with potential to become permanent.
• On-the-job training provided to build in-demand skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and blend batches following detailed manufacturing instructions.
• Accurately complete batch records and production documentation.
• Lift and handle raw materials and containers (physically demanding).
• Operate, monitor and clean manufacturing equipment.
• Work to GMP, safety and quality procedures every shift.
• Keep your work area clean and organised.
