Job summary

Vetlab in Western Sydney is seeking reliable night shift operators to manufacture and blend animal health products in a regulated GMP environment. You will follow detailed manufacturing instructions and maintain accurate batch records.

This hands-on role requires physical fitness to lift materials, strict adherence to procedures, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. On-the-job training and genuine career progression are offered in a growing business.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt in GMP environment.
• Reliable and punctual; the team depends on you.
• Able to follow procedures exactly in regulated settings.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy containers.
• Experience in manufacturing or batching is an advantage, not required.
• Start on a casual basis with potential to become permanent.
• On-the-job training provided to build in-demand skills.

Key responsibilities

Manufacture and blend batches of animal health products by following detailed manufacturing instructions

Accurately complete batch records and production documentation

Lift and handle raw materials and containers (this is a physical role)

Operate, monitor and clean manufacturing equipment

Work to GMP, safety and quality procedures every shift

Keep your work area clean and organised

About you

A genuine willingness to learn - attitude valued over experience

Reliability and punctuality - the team counts on you being there

Comfortable working in a regulated GMP area and following procedures exactly

Strong attention to detail

Physically fit and able to regularly lift heavy containers

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Manufacturing, food production, pharmaceutical or batching experience is highly regarded, but not essential
