Vetlab is a leading Australian contract manufacturer of animal health products. We are seeking reliable candidates who want to learn and grow within a GMP manufacturing environment. The role starts casual with a clear path to permanent employment, offering on-the-job training and real career progression.

Position is based in Western Sydney with free onsite parking and good public transport access. You will manufacture, document, and handle materials while maintaining safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn; attitude valued over experience.
• Reliability and punctuality; team counts on you.
• Comfortable in a GMP environment and following procedures exactly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physically fit; able to lift heavy containers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, pharmaceutical or batching is advantageous but not essential.
• Start casual with potential to transition to permanent role.
• Paid on-the-job training to build in-demand skills.
• Real career progression in a growing business.

Responsabilités

• Manufacture and blend batches by following detailed manufacturing instructions.
• Accurately complete batch records and production documentation.
• Lift and handle raw materials and containers (physical role).
• Operate, monitor and clean manufacturing equipment.
• Work to GMP, safety and quality procedures every shift.
• Keep work area clean and organised.
