Job summary

The Youth Impact Foundation in Melbourne seeks a General Manager of In Person Delivery to drive delivery across Australia. This senior role leads the planning and execution of in-person programs including schools, camps, keynotes and conferences, with five direct reports spanning NSW and VIC.

You’ll refine systems, manage budgets and champion a safe, high-performing culture valued by our staff and communities. This is a hybrid role with meaningful impact and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• You’re a people leader with strategic thinking and delivery experience.
• You’ll oversee programs in schools, camps, and events with strong safety focus.
• You bring not-for-profit sector or mergers experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and grow a team of five across Sydney and Melbourne.
• Drive TYIF culture and values across delivery.
• Ensure a safe, supportive work environment for staff.
• Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to set strategy and execute delivery.
• Oversee planning and delivery of camps and conferences, venues, logistics and volunteers.
• Maintain facilitator capacity to meet program demand.
