Job summary

Regional Youth Support Services Inc. on the NSW Central Coast is seeking an experienced operations/management professional to lead youth services, coordinate staff, and oversee policy and funding reporting. You will work closely with leadership to deliver high-quality services for young people and families.

The role emphasizes program implementation, governance, IT systems, and collaboration with diverse funding providers to ensure continuous service improvement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Community Welfare, Community Services, Social Work, Human Services, or Management.
• Experience in Not-for-Profit/NGO sector and government funding compliance.
• Frontline youth sector experience.
• Strong IT literacy and experience with client record systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience developing policies and procedures.
• Understanding of budgets in not-for-profit contexts.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and related clearances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high standard of Youth Service provision in Central Coast.
• Coordinate staff and resources.
• Advocate for young people and service provision in the community.
• Develop and implement policy, procedure, and protocols.
• Maintain budgets and asset management.
• Maintain operational IT systems.
• Maintain quality reporting to funding providers.
• Develop funding and grant submissions.
• Keep accessible records of service activities.
