Job summary

Micador Australia is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to run end-to-end supply chain from factories to customers. You will forecast需求, manage offshore production and a 3PL network, and drive on-time delivery across national retailers.

You will own the forecasting, supplier performance, and ERP data for a fast-growing seasonal business. Based in Cheltenham with optional WFH up to two days per week, you’ll lead an agile operations team with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Forecasting and demand planning experience for a medium-sized importer/brand.
• Proven ability to manage 3PL contracts and KPIs.
• Strong leadership with hands-on operational delivery mindset.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end operations: factories, freight, 3PL and customers.
• Forecast, purchasing and monthly supply/demand reviews with Owner.
• Oversee offshore production and landed cost, quality control, schedules.
• Manage inbound freight, customs and container planning.
• Maintain 3PL contracts, KPIs and storage; be on-site fortnightly.
• Coordinate outbound carriers and delivery to national retailers and B2B customers.
• Uphold customer operations standards from order to delivery.
• Maintain price lists and ERP price maintenance.
• Lead launches, campaigns and range reviews on schedule.
• Build and develop the operations team.
