Job summary

Fairygodboss is looking for a GlobalView Lead Implementation Consultant to implement and support the ADP GlobalView solution effectively. You will be responsible for executing client solutions, performing quality assurance, overseeing user acceptance testing, and providing essential training.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years in a related operational role and have a strong understanding of payroll and HR systems. The role is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing the value delivered.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience working in a complex operational/implementation/service delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources, Portal or Time Management systems.
• Demonstrated experience in an Implementation Lead role.

Responsibilities

• Implement the client's solution using ADP's Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView product.
• Perform blueprinting workshops to gather information on the client's requirements.
• Provide end user training including creating training manuals and conducting training sessions.
