Job summary

Fairygodboss is seeking a GlobalView Senior Lead Implementation Consultant to implement and support the ADP GlobalView solution. This role involves achieving departmental KPIs and providing consulting and implementation services.

The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in operational roles, with strong knowledge of payroll and human resource systems, and advanced skills in MS Project and Visio. This position is located in the City of Monash, Victoria, Australia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a complex operational/implementation/service delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources, Portal or Time Management systems.
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Project and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Implement client solutions using ADP's Implementation Methodology.
• Perform blueprinting workshops to gather client information.
• Provide user training and support through key project phases.
• Liaise with Product Manager for feedback on the template.
