Job summary

Fairygodboss is seeking a GlobalView Integration Consultant to implement HCM Integration solutions for multinational corporations. In this role, you will lead design workshops, handle integration testing, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has over 4 years of SAP HCM implementation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. This position is based in the City of Monash, Australia.

Position Title: GlobalView Integration Consultant

Reporting Line: Senior Implementation Director

Position Purpose

Implement the essential components of ADP's HCM Integration for our Multinational Corporations (MNC) clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the HCM Integration solution as part of the overall implementation project team.
• Lead local design/mapping workshops with client to gather and document detailed information on the requirements, while keeping alignment and consistency with global design.
• Support implementation payroll project team with the integration decision aspects impacting payroll design.
• Responsible for configuration, unit testing, end‑to‑end integration testing, data loading, go‑live cutover and transition to client services to ensure a successful go‑live.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues; provide support for issue resolution, specifically investigation and solution identification.
• Ensure that appropriate integration deliverables are kept up to date throughout the project.
• Proactively inform pertinent stakeholders (e.g., Global Solution Designer, Project Manager, Implementation Management) of any potential client escalations, scope variations, task slippages and risks that may arise during the project.
• Actively contribute to after‑action review/lessons learned on projects to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment, drive quality and client satisfaction.
• Use SAP and ADP Technologies/tools to implement integrations between HCM systems and SAP ERP.
• Support communications on methodology and business process improvements within the Implementation teams.
• Contribute and participate in knowledge sharing and team development sessions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the products, templates, tools & processes to aid in workshops and implement efficiently.
• Provide feedback on the products, templates, tools, & processes based on client interactions.

Experience

• Knowledge of SAP ERP PY and good understanding of Integration Technologies and/or ADP Integration Solutions.
• Four (4) + years’ experience implementing SAP HCM internationally or within global organizations.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Superior prioritization, analytical, interpersonal and follow‑up skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client interactions.
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently depending upon task.
• Ability and enthusiasm in facilitating virtual meetings involving international parties.
• Comfortable on video presenting to various client audiences.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday, Oracle or SFSF Integration (preferred).

Certifications / Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a related field.
• Workday, Oracle, or SAP Integration Certification (preferred).
