The role partners with senior leaders to build the three-year supply and demand forecast and to define capability taxonomies and mobility pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or evolving a workforce planning capability.
• Ability to govern enterprise design standards and governance.
• Proven capability to influence at senior leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Design SWP as an enduring capability with three-year forecasts.
• Define taxonomy of critical capabilities and embed into HR systems.
• Own framework for closing capability gaps across build, buy, and mobility.
• Shape global workforce model and location strategy.
• Coach and enable partners in SWP methods and analytics.
