Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Finance Manager FP&A to lead and refine our workforce planning process across the enterprise. You will drive headcount, labour cost, contractor, and vacancy planning data while delivering accurate budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

10+ years in Finance/FP&A, workforce planning or similar analytical role.
Experience handling headcount, labour cost, contractor, and vacancy planning data.
Exceptional forecasting, budgeting, modelling, analysis and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Direct workforce planning operations across units and functions.
Maintain detailed headcount, labour costs, contractor engagement, and vacancy plans.
Coordinate annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly reporting cycles.
Perform variance analysis on headcount and labour costs.
Reconcile workforce planning data with source systems and budgets.
Collaborate with RCOE for reporting dashboards and analytics.
Support standardised workforce planning templates and data definitions.
Identify data quality issues and opportunities, advising the Director.
Assist with scenario modelling for hiring and efficiency initiatives.
Mentor Senior Analysts and guide planning process adoption.
