Shield AI is seeking a senior sales leader to scale the International Aechelon sales organization. You will lead the integration of Aechelon into Shield AI’s broader GTM strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales motion across simulation, visualization, and autonomy solutions.

This role combines transformational and operational work—stabilizing and scaling an acquired business, aligning teams, and unlocking cross-sell opportunities across Shield AI’s portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of B2B sales in technically complex domains (simulation, visualization, autonomy, or defense).
• 5+ years in senior sales leadership, including transformation or scaling phases.
• Proven track record integrating or scaling acquired teams and driving revenue growth.
• Strong technical credibility with engineering, product, and operations stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead Aechelon International sales team with high performance culture.
• Drive post-acquisition integration of people, processes, and GTM strategy.
• Own the International GTM plan for Aechelon (ICP, segmentation, pipeline).
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across Shield AI portfolio.
• Build relationships with defense agencies, primes, and LSIs.
• Align marketing to demand generation and customer success.
