Qualifications

• 7+ years in modeling & simulation, training systems, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with defense simulation environments.
• Experience translating customer needs into credible solution concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and leadership audiences.
• Ability to travel internationally for engagements and internal meetings.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer-facing technical expert for Shield AI simulation capabilities.
• Support discovery, briefings, demonstrations, RFIs, RFPs, and capture activities.
• Translate mission needs and integration considerations into solution concepts.
• Explain image generation, synthetic environments, LVC architectures, and AI-enabled simulations to diverse audiences.
• Develop technical sales assets and customer briefing materials.
• Maintain accurate reflection of capabilities, constraints, and roadmap timing.
