Job summary

Shield AI seeks a senior sales leader to lead and scale the International Aechelon sales organization. You will integrate Aechelon into Shield AI’s go‑to‑market, accelerate revenue growth, and build a unified, high‑performing sales motion across simulation, visualization, and autonomy solutions.

This role is transformational and operational—stabilizing and scaling an acquired business, aligning teams to a common vision, and unlocking cross‑sell opportunities across Shield AI’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of B2B sales experience in technically complex domains.
• 5+ years of senior sales leadership, including transformation or scaling.
• Proven success integrating or scaling acquired sales teams and revenue growth.
• Strong technical credibility with engineering and product teams.
• Deep understanding of GTM fundamentals and multi-product sales.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Aechelon International sales team and build a high-performance culture.
• Drive post-acquisition integration of people, processes, and GTM strategy into Shield AI.
• Own the International GTM plan including segmentation, ICP, and pipeline generation.
• Identify cross-sell and bundling opportunities across Aechelon, Hivemind, and Shield AI.
• Expand footprint across defense, government, and enterprise simulation markets.
• Establish operating rigor with forecasting, reviews, dashboards and KPIs.
• Improve pipeline quality, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy.
• Standardize sales processes across the integrated team.
• Lead executive engagements and win key multi-stakeholder deals.
• Build relationships with defense agencies, primes, LSIs, and partners.
• Align product, engineering, marketing, and customer engagement for demand generation.
• Shape Shield AI’s integrated platform GTM strategy.
