Job summary

Westpac is seeking a motivated professional to support Global Transaction Services clients by working closely with Senior Sales Managers on bid management, deal flow and sales activity. This role provides enablement, execution, coordination and sales administration support to leaders and is not a standalone sales role.

You’ll help progress portfolio activity, coordinate internal approvals, pricing and documentation, and support new business opportunities across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clients in banking, financial services or similar.
• Strong relationship-building and clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to organise competing priorities and follow requests through to completion.
• Practical understanding of transactional banking products, lending or financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide enablement, execution, coordination and sales administration support to Senior Sales Managers.
• Coordinate internal processes, governance, pricing, risk, documentation and approvals.
• Progress portfolio activity and end-to-end deal lifecycle; support new business and client requests.
• Option to independently manage a small portfolio of clients during the ATRM role (18–24 months).
