Job summary

Global Supply is seeking a Travel Operations Specialist - ANZ to join our team in AU/NZ locations. This role focuses on content distribution, load optimisation and the systems that support Air content across the Global Supply team.

You will provide expert third-level support, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with brands, offshore partners and stakeholders to improve data accuracy and service delivery. The role embraces AI tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years' travel industry experience.
• Experience working with GDS systems, including ticketing.
• Demonstrated problem solving and root cause identification skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle third level support escalations via multiple channels; ensure issues are understood and documented.
• Identify trends and opportunities to streamline operational processes.
• Collaborate with Supply Business Improvement Managers to enhance productivity through automation, AI and offshoring.
• Manage and support automation tools including RPA and chatbots for content operations.
• Stay current with AI and automation developments and apply new capabilities.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify business risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal support to limit duplication and ensure consistent delivery of knowledge and resources.
• Test, communicate and deploy fulfilment solutions and quantify impacts to people, processes or systems.
• Develop and manage knowledge articles using AI tools to support documentation and accessibility.
• Upskill Support and Offshore teams to improve delivery of consultant support and training.
• Provide expertise for content and optimisation across brands and their unique requirements.
• Maintain multi-level relationships with key stakeholders across suppliers, Corporate, Leisure and Supply.
