Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant technical field with postgraduate credentials preferred.
• Experience with MAP technologies in fresh produce packaging is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of global food packaging regulatory standards and multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical operations in MAP, standardising across global sites.
• Oversee QC/QA to ensure product integrity and safety standards.
• Drive product innovation, manage IP, and support sales with technical insights.
• Mentor plant teams and align with R&D and supply chain on strategy.
