Hello Clever is building the next generation of payments and loyalty infrastructure, enabling real-time moves of money and measurable outcomes for merchants. As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll collaborate with hiring managers across the business to deliver end-to-end recruitment globally, supporting hiring wherever growth takes us.

Our footprint spans Australia, Southeast Asia and the United States, with potential expansion into other markets as teams grow.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including engaging passive candidates.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent candidate screening and assessment skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Highly organised with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment processes end-to-end, from initial role briefing through to offer and close.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and engage candidates across Australia, Southeast Asia and the United States.
• Build strong pipelines for priority and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Screen and assess candidates and provide clear recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage interview processes, ensuring momentum and timely feedback throughout.
• Support offer management, candidate negotiations and closing.
• Provide hiring managers with insights on candidate availability, salary expectations and market conditions.
• Help develop effective interview and assessment approaches.
• Deliver a consistent, engaging and professional candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide visibility on pipeline health and hiring progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve our recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
• Assist with People & Culture on employer brand and EVP initiatives.
• Work with recruitment agencies selectively where specialist support is required.
