Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd. in Goodwood seeks a Quality Steering & Reporting Graduate to join a two-year graduate programme. You will rotate through your home department and other areas to expand knowledge, while being mentored by management and receiving high-quality training.

The role focuses on validating quality deviation reports, managing quality targets for production, and supporting cross-functional quality initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field with a 2:2 or higher.
• Structured problem solving skills are essential.
• Understanding of basic quality tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Support, coordination and management of daily tasks and longer-term projects.
• Assist with plant problem management and coordination of new model topics.
• Contribute to implementing quality-related processes for product improvement.
• Support analysis and implementation of quality improvements.
• Assist with new vehicle inspection and defect reporting.
