Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to own the Demand and Market pillars of the divisional SIOP process. You will develop an accurate, data-driven demand plan aligned with commercial strategy and financial goals across multiple go-to-market regions.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years’ experience in demand planning, commercial planning, or SIOP environments with multi-region exposure.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end demand planning processes and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed organisation.
• Strong forecasting methodologies, demand analytics, and market modelling expertise with solid analytical capability.
• Commercially astute with financial acumen and ability to translate market signals into actionable plans.
• Data-driven mindset with focus on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement within SIOP.
• Ability to balance growth ambitions with operational and supply constraints.
• Advanced systems capability across ERP/MRP and planning tools including CRM, BI, and planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Demand Review phase of the SIOP cycle and set governance, cadence, and standards across regions.
• Develop and manage a single, consensus unconstrained demand plan by consolidating regional forecasts.
• Provide leadership to regional demand planners and drive forecasting discipline and capability uplift.
• Deliver advanced demand forecasting, analytics, and scenario modelling to identify risks and opportunities.
• Integrate new product introductions, lifecycle changes, and segmentation into demand plans.
• Own demand performance metrics such as forecast accuracy and bias, driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Supply Planning to align signals with inventory strategies and working capital.
• Govern CRM data and sales pipelines, ensuring data integrity and integration into demand planning.
• Align demand plans with financial forecasts and translate insights into revenue and margin implications.
• Act as the commercial voice within SIOP for cross-functional alignment.
